Tony Fortuna transplants his reveled Upper East Side T-Bar Steak & Lounge concept to East Hampton with Sienna Restaurant by T-Bar. Chef Ben Zwicker who boasts former positions at the Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Aureole and Petrossian, will helm the kitchen, lending his sophisticated culinary technique to T-Bar’s classic menu of fresh and flavorful American Nouveau specialties.
Dinner, served Wednesday-Sunday, focuses on high-quality, local produce and ingredients with menu highlights including T-Bar’s Signature Chopped Salads; Sauteed Maryland Lump Crabcake with Tomato Remoulade; Crispy Long Island Duck; Yellowfin Tuna Tartare with Soy, Ginger and Sesame; and a 14 Oz. New York Strip with Mashed Potatoes and Béarnaise Sauce.
A weekend brunch program will also be available, with festive brunch parties on holiday weekends and a more serene experience throughout July and August to accommodate leisurely dining and celebratory gatherings alike.
In combination with providing an unforgettable culinary experience, Sienna will focus on delivering a premium beverage program unrivaled in the Hamptons. Previously with NYC hotspots such as MPD and Bagatelle, Evan Finkelstein will be at the reigns with a focus on delivering high quality specialty cocktails and classics using house made syrups, fresh squeezed juices and seasonal ingredients. A diverse selection of large format cocktails for groups will be offered as well.
